Virginia Builds collaborates with business owners, associates and educational facilities to encourage interest in careers in the construction industry. We spread awareness and raise scholarship money to improve the perception of the construction industry via educational speaking engagements, career days, marketing activities and other community events.  We focus on hosting job fairs which members will be invited to recruit the next generation of skilled workforce to sustain our future in the construction industry.
